Who needs Coumadin clinics when you can just use an app?

Someone should let this midlevel know that Coumadin clinics exist for a reason, and it's not because INR is so easy to manage that it can be done with an app! What happens if you drop the ball and your patient's INR becomes subtherapeutic, resulting in a clot? TIA indeed! Or worse, a stroke!
