Too many choices, I can't decide!

Good lord, this one is just downright alarming. Keep in mind that this post is from a group specifically for psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioners. You'd think PMHNPs would know the basics of antidepressants, but I guess that's just asking too much. "Change as trial and error?" "When do you switch?" "There are many to choose from?" Have you ever heard a psychiatrist be so incompetent in their own specialty as to utter these phrases about antidepressants? I sure haven't, but if you have, I would suggest running far, far, away from them. Geez. I think I need therapy after seeing this post.
