Nurse practitioner charged with molesting patients

From the Spotsylvania County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office via Fredericksburg Today:

The Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office Child Victim Unit charged Keith Allen Henry, 55-year-old of Lewisburg, NC for inappropriately touching patients during consultations.

Detectives were made aware of the first incident on November 07, 2023 after a 7-year-old female patient alerted her mother. The alleged offense occurred at a medical clinic in Spotsylvania. After a lengthy investigation, Detectives charged Henry with felony aggravated sexual battery of a child under 13 years of age. With the assistance of Hanover County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Service, Henry was arrested in Hanover on November 28, 2023 and incarcerated at Pamunkey Regional Jail under NO bond.

The second incident was discovered after Henry was already in custody. In that case a 35-year-old female patient came forward and accused Henry of inappropriately touching her during a medical exam that occurred in the past year at the same clinic. At the conclusion of this investigation, warrants were obtained on Henry for misdemeanor sexual battery and attempted sexual battery.
