Nurse practitioner wonders if pulmonary congestion could be bronchitis

"But, Your Honor, everyone I asked on Facebook said it wasn't concerning!"

Are there any physicians out there who instantly think cough + pulmonary congestion on chest X-ray = bronchitis? If so, you're in good company with this midlevel! Although you should probably be summarily stripped of your medical degree and have it replaced with a midlevel degree. Could pulmonary congestion be "more concerning"? Nah! The CXR said it was mild! Slam some Lasix into the patient to decongest them and call it a day - it's just a bad case of bronchitis secondary to congestive heart failure. Another life saved!
