When to order what kind of GI imaging? When you're working in gastroenterology? This is fourth-year medical student-level knowledge. In just about any other non-entry-level job, employees are expected to know the basics of said job before being hired into said job. Not for midlevels apparently! But then again, it might be too much to expect that a 100% online NP degree with a few hundred hours of clinical time that likely includes no specialty exposure would teach medicine basics like this.
