Anyone here work in hemotology?

Anyone here have a working spell checker? Usually, specialists tend to respect you more if you know how to spell their specialty correctly (ophthalmology might get a pass here 😜). In any case, the last thing I would do would be to describe a patient with chronic fatigue and drenching sweats (!), especially someone who has abnormalities on a peripheral blood smear, as "overall healthy". They won't be healthy for much longer if a midlevel completely fails to diagnose a leukemia or other cancer...
In short, this patient needs a real physician and a real hematologist (not a "hemotologist") to be working them up, not some midlevel cluelessly tooling around on a Facebook group and asking "where do I go next."
